At The East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • All products purchased from The East are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, except for the following:
    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Opened software or digital products
    • Consumable items (e.g., batteries, sachets)
    • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You will need to provide the order number, a brief reason for the return/exchange, and any other relevant details.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchange Process

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  • You will not be charged for the shipping of the new item, unless the exchange is for a more expensive product.

4. Refund Issuance

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less any shipping or handling fees.
  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed through a bank transfer or mobile wallet.

5. Refund Exclusions

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom-made or personalized items, opened software or digital products, and consumable items are not eligible for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • We will arrange for the item to be collected and will issue a full refund or replacement, at our discretion.

7. Exceptions
